Welcome to Stoneridge Woods

Stoneridge Woods (also known as Stoneridge II) is located between
John R. & Dequindre roads, and Square Lake & Long Lake roads in beautiful Troy, Michigan. Featuring about 400 homes, Stoneridge Woods is a warm and welcoming neighborhood, filled with friendly people and well-kept residences.

Our residents are of all nationalities and walks of life, reflecting the diversity of the City of Troy. Our Homeowner's Association helps maintain the woods and parks that make our neighborhood special, while sponsoring special events that have become family traditions since 1975. We celebrated our 50th anniversary in 2025!

We want every resident to enjoy life within the Stoneridge Woods community. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact the Stoneridge Homeowners Association using the contact form within this website.

We welcome you!

2026 Dues Due!

The 2026 association dues were due January 1, 2026. Invoices were mailed out at the beginning of December 2025. The dues invoice can also be downloaded below.

Remember, association dues are $25. Dues are used to help keep the woodland paths free from fallen trees, our common areas mowed, and to keep the landscaping fresh and well-kept. They also cover the costs of holding our very popular annual events including the Easter Egg Hunt, Halloween Parade and Summer Ice Cream Social.

Extra Donations Are Welcome!

If you'd like to donate extra to help keep our Stoneridge subdivision parks, woods and events going strong, simply add your donation to your dues. Or download the dues invoice and follow the instructions given. Our Homeowners Association is non-profit and run completely by volunteers.

Thank you for your support!
