Stoneridge Woods (also known as Stoneridge II) is located between
John R. and Dequindre roads, and Square Lake and Long Lake roads in beautiful Troy, Michigan. Home to about 400 families, Stoneridge Woods is a warm and welcoming neighborhood, filled with friendly
neighbors and well-kept homes.
Our residents include people of all nationalities and walks of life, reflecting the diversity found within the city of Troy. Our Homeowner's Association sponsors several special events during the year and many residents hold events that are open to the whole community.

2024 Dues Due!
The 2024 association dues are due January 1, 2024. Invoices were mailed out at the beginning of December. The dues invoice can also be downloaded below.
Remember, association dues are only $25. They cover the costs of holding our very popular events including the Easter Egg Hunt, Halloween Parade and Summer Ice Cream Social. Dues are also used to help keep the woodland paths free from fallen trees, our common areas mowed and to keep the landscaping fresh and well-kept.
Extra Donations Are Welcome!
If you'd like to donate extra to help keep the Stoneridge events going strong, simply add your donation to your dues. Or download the dues invoice and follow the instructions given. Our homeowners' association is non-profit. Thank you for your support.

Use a credit or debit card to pay your dues online through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay online. Simply select your dues level from the menu below and click on the Buy Now button. Then follow the instructions on the PayPal website.
